Friday, June 5, 2015- Lesson 20: Daily Inventory

never wastes a hurt

Jesus has provided us with a daily checklist for our new recovery lifestyle.  It’s called the Greatest Commandment and we find it in Matthew 22:37-40:

Jesus replied: “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Please join us on Friday evening, June 5 when one of our participants will share the Daily Inventory Lesson, and we will hear the importance of taking a daily inventory of the good and the bad, paying special attention to times when we might have harmed someone else or reacted out of anger or fear.   We will also be encouraged to remember to identify and celebrate the victories we’ve experienced.

Our weekly schedule:

6pm – dinner

7pm – large group (in the Chapel)

8pm – small open share groups (issue & gender specific)

9pm – dessert & coffee/Solid Rock Café

See you on the 5th!
